As this villa is on the top of this complex it offers mesmerizing panoramic views of the surrounding vegetation and provides extreme privacy. The complex is just 250m from the renowned beach of Istron Bay Hotel which has been honoured with the prestigious blue-flag award for 18 years in a row.

The cosy living room (37 s.m) combines a sitting area with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It has comfortable sitting furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo, free Wi-fi Internet connection, telephone and a fireplace. The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south to southwest) and the fact that it has large windows secures the ideal amount of sunshine for the whole season and provides a breathtaking view of green gardens and the bay (side sea view) evoking peacefulness.

Villa Artemis has three comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedrooms have bathrooms with a shower, one of them en suite. All bathrooms are tiled with white marble.

Its main terrace, which offers its guests much needed privacy, has a private pool, approximately 8 x 4 s.m., a sunbathing area, with shaded areas designed to offer privacy, a parasol, sun lounges and a bamboo sitting area. Those who enjoy dining alfresco can take advantage of the wooden gazebo placed on the terrace (barbecues are available upon request).
